Order Processing

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be verified, quality-checked and carefully packaged for dispatch. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. As some of our fulfilment centres are located internationally, delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs and courier delays. We’re therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this on our Track Your Order page to follow its progress.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch. In rare cases, tracking availability may vary depending on the courier and destination.
